A Message from InJoy Whole Foods
We are so excited that you have come to this site to learn about the amazing nutritional value and health benefits of the whole wheat kernel and baking with freshly milled flour. Baking your own bread and other baked goods from freshly milled flour is healthier, more satisfying and economical. We hope that the education and information presented in this website can be your beginning of a journey towards a healthier lifestyle.
Changes are on the Way
InJoy is currently in a state of transition and growth. As we have taught about the benefits of eating whole grains in the form of freshly milled flour, we found a need to also help incorporate other whole foods into the daily diet. Consequently, InJoy Whole Foods was birthed. We are currently working on a new website to support those who are trying to eat whole fresh foods. It is our hope and desire that this new website will be accessible early in 2010. In the meantime, join InJoy Whole Foods on facebook to learn the latest news on whole foods.
