Welcome

A Message from InJoy

We are so excited that you have come to this site to learn about the amazing nutritional value and health benefits of the whole wheat kernel and baking with freshly milled flour.  Baking your own bread and other baked goods from freshly milled flour is healthier, more satisfying and economical.  We hope that the education and information presented in this website can be your beginning of a journey towards a healthier lifestyle.

Changes are on the Way

InJoy is currently in a state of transition and growth.  As we have taught more and more people about the benefits of eating whole grains in the form of freshly milled flour, we started helping people incorporate other whole foods into their daily diets.  Consequently, InJoy Whole Foods was birthed.  We are currently working on a new website to support those who are trying to eat whole fresh foods.  It is our hope and desire that this new website will be accessible early in 2010. In the meantime, join InJoy Whole Foods on facebook and get some of the latest nutritional news.

As part of the expansion to InJoy Whole Foods, the InJoy Purchasing Group (IPG) will be taking on some changes.  Starting in January,  the IPG members, in addition to purchasing ingredients and baking supplies,  will have the opportunity to purchase some wonderful products from local sustainable farms.  There will be more information forthcoming on the changes to the IPG.
